From Vision to Construction
Following the successful issue of the Stage 1 Building Permit, main works have now commenced on site. Demolition and site preparation have been completed, and basement construction is underway, laying the foundations for what will become a distinctive new address in Brunswick.
Construction funding has been secured in partnership with Commonwealth Bank of Australia, providing financial certainty and confidence as the project progresses toward its anticipated completion in Q3 2027.
While the commencement timeline was adjusted to accommodate new authority requirements under the Special Building Overlay, these matters have now been fully resolved, allowing construction to proceed with clarity and momentum.
