Since our last communication, the structural components of the build have been completed, denoting a significant milestone in our project journey.
As we move through the first quarter of the new year, our efforts focus on the meticulous fit-out of the building, encompassing tasks such as glazing, framing, as well as the installation of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical services.
