Why did you decide to choose Custom Highett?
The timing of the build, the position and location of the property, and the ease of working with Liam at Marshall White. I currently live in an apartment, so know what I like and dislike about apartments. The layout of Custom Highett is very practical and I love the open living and courtyard.
What is your favourite design element in your new home at Custom Highett?
The open living and courtyard. I love the size of the bedrooms and the fact the open to the courtyard catching the natural light.
How have you found the process of buying off the plan? Did you make any changes?
I have found it really easy and smooth. I didn’t need to make changes as I was very happy with the plan.

Why did you decide to choose Custom Highett?
Custom Highett caught my eye instantly. The design was both striking and contemporary – I have always had a soft spot for wooden touches and modern finishes.
Custom Highett met all my lifestyle requirements, including close proximity to a plethora of local amenities, as well as connectivity to the CBD and surrounds.
What is your favourite design element in your new home at Custom Highett?
I absolutely adore the inter-connectivity between the indoor and outdoor living at Custom Highett. The free-flow design and natural light make for a relaxed and homely environment. I cannot wait to kick-back on the weekends and enjoy the quiet, sunny afternoons.
How have you found the process of buying off the plan? Did you make any changes?
I found the whole process far easier than I initially imagined. Being a first home buyer, I thought the process would be quite complex and involve many steps but was relieved by the simplicity and ease.

I decided on Custom Highett mainly because of the location and the availability of shops and services.
What is your favourite design element in your new home at Custom Highett?
My favourite design element is the use of pale bricks on the outside of the building. You hardly ever see bricks being used extensively on apartments.
How have you found the process of buying off the plan? Did you make any changes?
I’ve found the process of buying off-the-plan to be great so far. I’m interested to see how the process continues during the construction phase. Making minor changes to my floor plan was quite seamless. I am looking forward to living in my new home and the area.
